Binh Tien is one of Ninh Thuan's least visited beaches — fine white sand, crystal water, no big resorts. The year-round strong winds make it a famous kitesurfing spot in Vietnam. Sunsets at Binh Tien are stunning.
When Not To Go
September-November (heavy rain). If not kitesurfing, avoid November-February as wind is too strong and waves are rough.
Common Mistakes
- •Not booking accommodation in advance — very few options, fills fast on weekends
- •Expecting many food stalls — bring your own food
- •Unfamiliar motorbike riders — the access road is narrow and bumpy

- About 30km from Phan Rang, access road passes through Nui Chua National Park
